Frequently Asked Booking Questions

How much will it cost?

This is, by far, the most frequently asked question. The answer is unique to each concert and concert host, so the first thing you need to know is that we really want to play a concert in your community. We hate passing up an invitation... we also want to afford health insurance.

With these two goals in mind (as many performances as possible, and a financial statement that is in the black) we have set a "standard" honorarium of $1,200 for a full concert and $300 for a house concert.

Please know that if finances are the only thing that's keeping you from moving forward with your plan, we want you to contact us anyway. Depending on our tour schedule, we may be able to come for less. We will always try to meet our hosts needs, budgetary needs included.

What's the difference between a Full Concert
and a House Concert?

A full concert includes the following:
•multiple performances in a 24 hour period (communities that bring us in often host a concert and involve us in their worship, youth or school communities).

•use of our full sound system, capable of reaching an audience of roughly 300.

•as many full color posters and flyers as you require to help promote the concert.

•travel and lodging expenses are included in the honorium.

A house concert includes the following:
•one weekday evening performance.

•this will be an acoustic performance for 30 or less (preferably in the host's house).

•as many flyers as you require to help promote the concert.

•travel expenses are included in the honorium.

When should I reserve a date?

It is never too early to contact us, and start the conversation. Use the "Open Dates" schedule on the Booking page to see what we have available in the near future, or request a specific date using the "Request a Concert Date" form. Our weekends generally get filled in about six months in advance. Weekday events are much easier to schedule on short notice. When possible, we like to have at least a full month to promote concerts through our web site, email list, and print media.
