The Mission
140-200 pound bags
carried up the mountain

Weighing in the harvest
into the washing basin
two coffee varieties
the first wash
after the wash...
gravity moves the fruit...
...down the mountain
...into the separator
beans go here
these need another pass
the fruit is not wasted
it is composted
and returned to the forest
beans are dried for 8 days
then they are ready...
for green shipping...
or fire roasting...
...in 60 pound drums
roasted coffee is sealed...
packaged & ready to enjoy!
